The geometry and organization of this proposal are derived from a multitude of sources: the program, responses to site, context issues, images of ancient artifacts and the understanding and interpretation of all of the above. As suggested the program, the spaces of the museum are to reflect the objects they exhibit. This is understood as an interpretive approach rather than a literal translation. A parallel system to solve the programmatic aspects of the project was initiated by involving a series of investigative drawings that were delivered from the artifacts themselves. In this manner the artifacts become active participants in the process of design and the spaces are viewed as a distant relative to the artifact.
